Physical & Occupational Therapy

Available to St. Anne’s Mead Residents and Seniors in the Community.

For St. Anne’s Mead Residents:

Everactive Physical and Occupational Therapy has been the senior-focused therapy of choice for St. Anne’s Mead for more than 15-years.  Everactive therapists help strengthen and empower residents to improve balance and prevent falls.  By providing efficient detection of declines, early intervention can help residents maintain independence longer.

Overall coordination of care between St. Anne’s Mead nursing and care staff and therapy teams means better health outcomes for the resident.  The convenience of having your physical and occupational therapists on-site at St. Anne’s Mead helps alleviate the stress of having to make and travel to an appointment.

Physical Therapy

Physical therapy helps restore and maintain functional mobility, strength, balance, and endurance, while alleviating pain.

Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapy empowers residents to improve activities of daily living such as dressing, eating, hygiene, and coordination.

Resilience Exercise Programming

With “Resilience,” each resident receives a personalized exercise program developed and overseen by their therapist.

For Seniors in the Community:

Any senior age 55 and up can participate Everactive Physical and Occupational Therapy at St. Anne’s Mead on an outpatient basis.  You will benefit from therapists whose sole focus is improving the lives of older adults.
